Małgorzata Adamska,

President, CEO

Małgorzata Adamska is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management of UMK in the field of Finance and Accounting. She has been involved in preparing and settling funded projects from European and other sources since 2011.

From 2011 to 2017, she worked at the Higher School of Economics in Bydgoszcz in the Projects Department and the International Relations Department. She obtained funding and was responsible for the implementation of many funded projects from external sources, including international partnership projects (POKL, RPO, POIG, Norwegian Funds, Erasmus, Visegrad Fund, Central Europe Program, and other sources). She held the position of project manager and Erasmus program coordinator. From 2018 to 2022, she worked at High Technology Glass Polska Sp. z o.o. as a financial director, where she also dealt with obtaining and settling EU funds (POIR, RPO, EIC Horizon Europe Program).

Małgorzata is an extremely talented and experienced person in the field of finance and co-financed projects. Her successes in obtaining EU funds and implementing projects are impressive and testify to her professionalism and competence. Her experience as a project manager and Erasmus coordinator shows her ability to manage a team and achieve ambitious goals.



Monika Kowalkowski,

Board Member

Monika Kowalkowski is a competent, dynamic, and experienced professional operating at the intersection of the pharmaceutical industry and psychology. After graduating with a degree in psychology, Monika dedicated many years to advancing her career in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on the field of sales. This unique combination of education and professional experience has allowed her to develop a rare mix of analytical, interactive, and managerial skills that are invaluable in her current role.

Currently, Monika is a board member of Innvenio sp. z o.o., where she plays a key role in overseeing projects related to the pharmaceutical industry. Her experience in pharmacy, combined with a deep understanding of the psychological mechanisms underlying purchasing decisions, allows her to effectively develop and implement sales strategies that bring significant benefits to her company and clients.

Amalia Pratiwi- Kowalkowski,

Amalia Pratiwi-Kowalkowski is a highly accomplished marketing professional who has honed her skills over the years, catering to businesses and organizations from various industries. She graduated from prestigious business school in Shanghai with a degree in International Trading and Business Administration, which helped her gain a deep understanding of global business practices.

Karol Kozak,

Scientific Consultant 

Prof. dr hab. Karol Kozak received his PhD in Mathematics (Dr. rer. nat.) in machine learning at the Max Planck Institute in Germany in cooperation with the Silesian University of Technology in Poland. In 2012, he was awarded the as Junior Professor in Bioinformatics at the Philips Marburg University in Germany. In 2015, he obtained a habilitation degree in the field of databases for medicine and biotechnology. In the same year he was awarded with the title of professor at the Medical Faculty of the Technical University of Dresden in cooperation with Fraunhofer Institute IWS.

Karol is also an expert in cyber security. His skills and knowledge in this field are invaluable for Saxony, Germany, where he leads the CERT team and influences the region's cyber strategy.

Karol has published 6 books/book chapters and 62 research papers in high impact journals. These publications concern computational methods for industry and large biomedical data sets. In his scientific work, he focuses on the development of databases, applications of artificial intelligence and digitization in the field of materials, cybersecurity, medicine, pharmacy and industry 4.0.

Karol is a great team leader. His experience as a project manager shows that he is capable of managing a team and achieving ambitious goals. He is also an outstanding and competent specialist in the field of databases, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digitization. He has extensive experience in both the academic and industrial worlds.

Grzegorz Domek,

Scientific Consultant 

Prof. Grzegorz Domek is an accomplished and inspiring academic. He defended his doctoral dissertation on the analysis of belt coupling under operational conditions in 2003 and went on to earn his habilitation in 2014, proving his dedication and expertise in his field. 

As a professor at the Institute of Engineering at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Technology at Kazimierz Wielki University, he brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to his students.

Not only has Prof. Domek excelled in his academic career, but he has also taken on leadership roles as dean and vice-dean at the same faculty. His contributions to the development of the university and its academic programs are invaluable.

It's truly inspiring to see Prof. Domek's commitment to the advancement of his field and the education of future generations of engineers. His role as a professor at the Department of Mechatronic Systems at the Faculty of Mechatronics at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz is a testament to his passion for teaching and sharing his knowledge with others.

Michał Kowalkowski,

Michał Kowalkowski is the CEO and founder of the start-up No Spoilers. He lived and worked in China for most of his professional life. In Shanghai, he founded his first start-up Hyperyun, building programming tools to create apps without the need to manage the server side. Upon returning to Poland, he shared his knowledge about doing business in China in press publications and at events organized by universities and start-up communities. Due to his achievements with No Spoilers, he was selected as a member of the Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative program sponsored by the US State Department.

In his personal life, he is a fan of living history. For his involvement in the historical reconstruction movement, he was awarded the bronze medal "For Merits to National Defense."

Eric Maire,

Norbert Kowalkowski,

Norbert Kowalkowski is a graduate of British law universities with a degree recognized in Poland at the Faculty of Law and Administration of UMK in Torun. He worked abroad in the UK and carried out projects in China, Australia, Switzerland and the USA. Since 2012 he has been running production and consulting companies in Poland. He was the manager of over 20 EU projects, both research and development and investment projects. He is the creator of four patents in the field of glass processing technology.
